  • Human Design chart generation

  • Personalized Human Design reports

  • Educational content about Human Design

  • Digital downloads and resources

User Eligibility
To use our Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Birth Information Accuracy

Chart Accuracy: Human Design charts and reports are generated based on the birth information you provide. We cannot guarantee accuracy if the provided information is incorrect or incomplete.
Payment and Billing
Payment Processing: Payments are processed through secure third-party providers (PayPal, Stripe). By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.
Pricing: All prices are displayed in US Dollars and may be subject to change without notice. Current pricing at the time of purchase applies.
Failed Payments: If payment fails, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to purchased services until payment is resolved.
Digital Products and Delivery
Instant Delivery: Digital products are delivered electronically via email within minutes of successful payment completion.
Download Access: You will receive download links or attachments via the email address provided during purchase.
Technical Issues: If you do not receive your digital product within a reasonable time, contact us at mail@human-design.shop for assistance.
No Refunds Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the personalized and instantly delivered nature of our digital products, we do NOT offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Dissatisfaction with report content

  • Errors in birth information provided by the customer

  • Technical issues on the customer's end preventing download

  • Duplicate purchases

  • Accidental purchases

Exception: Refunds may be considered only in cases of technical failure on our part that prevents delivery of the purchased product, and only at our sole discretion.
Intellectual Property Rights
Our Content: All content on our website, including Human Design reports, interpretations, graphics, logos, and text, is owned by Design your Design LLC and protected by copyright laws.
Human Design System: We acknowledge that the Human Design system was originated by Ra Uru Hu. Our reports represent our interpretation and presentation of Human Design concepts.
Your Usage Rights: When you purchase a report, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.
Prohibited Uses
You may NOT:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share purchased reports with others

  • Use our content for commercial purposes without written permission
